Yaron Avitov, a co-founder of GoldTier Technologies, is responsible for GoldTier’s corporate strategy. Prior to GoldTier, he was the co-founder and managing partner of Sentry Financial Systems LLC, a leading provider of collateral management software, which was acquired by Algorithmics Inc. in November, 2000. Mr. Avitov grew Sentry to be the market leader globally in its field. Prior to Sentry, Mr. Avitov was a Vice President and Development Manager for SunGard Capital Markets, a division of SunGard Data Systems. During his career with SunGard, Mr. Avitov was responsible for the development of SunGard’s Panorama Trading System and Devon Derivatives System. Prior to SunGard, Mr. Avitov worked for seven years at the Israeli Ministry of Defense Information Technology division.

Patrick Brazel works closely with the GoldTier executive team to build market awareness for the company and its business strategy. He has over 25 years of experience working in the international financial software industry. Prior to joining GoldTier, he was the CEO of Eontec, the market leader in multi-channel retail banking solutions, which was acquired by Siebel Systems. Prior to Eontec Mr. Brazel was well known for his leadership as president of SunGard Capital Markets, which he led to become the dominant player in the derivatives trading and risk management systems market. He is director of quoted companies First Derivatives PLC and Brady PLC.

Matthew Tebaldi leads and directs GoldTier, and is responsible for its product direction, operations and company growth. He drives GoldTier’s solution and delivery strategy, as well as strategic product and business initiatives, and was originally responsible for the conceptual design of GoldTier’s business solutions. Prior to joining GoldTier, Mr. Tebaldi was the Chief System Architect for Algo Collateral, formerly Sentry Financial Systems, where he was responsible for all new design, development and technology for the product. Prior to Sentry he worked in information technology for IBM Global Services and he has independently developed inventory control and workflow management applications for small businesses.

Tim Chase is responsible for the technical design, architecture and development of the GoldTier platform and product. He manages the development team and drives GoldTier’s technology strategy. Prior to joining GoldTier, Mr. Chase was the core developer of Algo Collateral, formerly Sentry Financial Systems where he designed and implemented the central components of the product. Before this Mr. Chase held key technology roles at the National Software Testing Laboratories and in systems administration at Videographics, Inc.

Lana Chin is responsible for growing GoldTier’s business globally through the development of strategic marketing and sales programs for the company. Prior to joining GoldTier, Ms. Chin was Vice President of Fixed Income Products and Vice President of Marketing for NumeriX, a market leader in derivatives analytics software. Before joining NumeriX Ms. Chin was Vice President of Sales at SunGard for their premier risk management product, Panorama. She started her career at SunGard in Professional Services, working with the implementation teams for the Devon Derivatives System before transferring into Sales Management.
