GoldTier Community and Roundtable Forum

GoldTier hosts roundtable discussions and industry briefings on a semi-annual basis.

These roundtable events:

• Provide a forum for collecting and representing the views of the financial services community on the topics of KYC and client onboarding
• Provide a forum for collecting and representing the views of GoldTier solution users, and to liaise between users and GoldTier
• Act as a medium for the exchange of views, information and advice between the investment banking community and leading solution providers.

At the last roundtable event held in New York, HSBC spoke about their 'Integrated Approach to Customer On-boarding: Data Integrity, Superior Service, Cost Efficiency & Compliance'.

Paulomi Shah and Jim Roth, Managing Directors at HSBC, presented:

• HSBC's Strategy for KYC/Customer On-boarding
• Customer Data and Documentation Management.
